Terms of Service

Welcome to Regalia Group LLC’s Co-Hosting Service. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the co-hosting services provided by Regalia Group LLC (“Regalia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), accessible via https://regaliagmanagement.com/. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Regalia provides co-hosting and property management services to property owners or landlords seeking to list and manage short-term rental properties on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com. Services include listing creation, guest communication, pricing optimization, and coordination of cleaning and maintenance. Regalia does not guarantee occupancy rates or income from listings.
2. Limitations of Service
Our services are limited to assisting with property management; we do not own or lease properties. It is the property owner’s responsibility to ensure all necessary local, state, and federal permits and licenses are obtained. Regalia is not responsible for compliance failures.
3. Responsibilities of the Property Owner
– Ensure property compliance with applicable U.S. federal, New York State, and local NYC
short-term rental laws.
– Maintain valid permits and adhere to HOA rules or lease agreements.
– Provide safe, habitable accommodations for guests.
– Maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
4. Responsibilities of Regalia Group
– Act in good faith to manage your property professionally.
– Provide regular communication and financial reporting.
– Coordinate guest services and property upkeep.
5. Data Collection and Usage
Regalia collects user data such as contact information, property details, and platform analytics to
manage services. We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with third-party vendors as
needed for operations, and usage complies with applicable data protection laws.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Regalia may terminate immediately in case of legal violations, safety hazards, or nonpayment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Regalia shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, resulting from service use. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the 3 months preceding any claim.
8. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City, NY under AAA Rules. Each party waives the right to a jury trial.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States of America.
